Based on LTCC Technology, Sunlord SDMM series multilayer common mode filters consist of three kinds of materials which are low permittivity non-magnetic ceramic, magnetic ferrite and silver. SDMM series show small size with high performance, usually used for common mode noise suppression in differential lines such as MIPI and MHL interface of smart phones and Tablets.
High resolution screens and megapixel cameras are widely used on smart phones and tablets so that high speed data transmission is necessary in the interface at screen interface and camera interface. MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) is very suitable for these applications due to high speed transmission and compact PCB layout. However, data transferring in MIPI would be interrupted unavoidably by communication signal of RF module because of the narrow space in mobile communication devices. Therefore small size common mode filters with distinct features are required for the common mode interference suppression. By long term research and based on the advanced material, design and manufacturing technology, Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. has developed 0806 size common mode filter SDMM series. It has suitable electrical characteristics that can help solve the signal integrity problem.

For SDMM0806S-2-300T, the differential insertion loss Sdd21 is lower than -1dB which means very low signal attenuation will be caused even for the highest signal speed in MIPI. And the common mode insertion loss Scc21 is over -10dB at 300MHz~2.5GHz which means all kinds of RF noise in mobile communication device such as GSM、CDMA、WIFI、Bluetooth can be effectively suppressed by this common mode filter. Besides that, it is so small and will be available for high density surface mounting. SDMM0806S-2-300TF is an idea product for MIPI signal integrity of mobile communication devices.
